Accessibility statement

Premier Paws Pet Care is committed to making the client portal usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our approach

We design and build the portal following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA as a baseline. That means things like:

• meaningful color contrast between text and background;
• keyboard-navigable forms, menus, and dialogs;
• screen-reader-friendly labels on interactive controls;
• respect for the "reduce motion" preference in your operating system;
• sensible focus states so you always know what's selected.

We also test the portal on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and on both desktop and mobile screen sizes.

Known gaps

We're a small team and we're honest: we don't get everything right on the first try. Some older parts of the portal may not yet meet AA standards. We track known issues and fix them as we iterate.
